Terms & Conditions
Effective September 2026
1. AGREEMENT
By booking or attending a course with MedPro Training Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Nationally recognised training and assessment is delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd, RTO 90909.
2. BOOKINGS
• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received
• You will receive a confirmation email with your course details and online pre-work
• You must meet any stated course prerequisites and supply a valid USI for nationally recognised courses
• Practical training includes physical tasks such as CPR on the floor. Tell us before the course if you have an injury, condition or access need so we can make reasonable adjustments
• Participants must be at least 14 years old unless the course states otherwise
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, transfers and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: 7 or more days' notice, full refund; 3 to 6 days, 50% refund; less than 3 days or non-attendance, no refund. Free transfers and substitutions are available. If we cancel a course you may choose a full refund or another date. We may cancel a course if enrolments are too low.
4. COURSES AND CERTIFICATES
• Courses combine online pre-work with face to face practical assessment
• You must complete the pre-work, attend the practical session and be assessed as competent to receive a certificate
• Statements of attainment for nationally recognised units are issued by Allens Training Pty Ltd
• Course materials are for your personal use and may not be copied or shared without permission
5. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OUR LIABILITY
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including that they will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You are responsible for following trainer instructions and for telling us about anything that may affect your safe participation.
6. TRAINING IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Our training is educational and does not replace professional medical advice. In an emergency always call Triple Zero (000). First aid skills improve the chance of a good outcome but cannot guarantee one.
7. CONDUCT
We expect everyone to treat trainers and other participants with respect. We may ask a participant to leave, without refund, for harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour or attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. PHOTOS AND RECORDING
Please do not record sessions without permission. We will only photograph or film you for promotional use with your consent.
9. PAYMENT AND PRICING
Prices are in Australian dollars. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Payment is required before the course unless we have agreed invoice terms for a group booking.
10. PRIVACY
We collect and handle your personal information, including your USI, in line with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the RTO.
11. COMPLAINTS
Tell us first and we will try to resolve it within 5 business days. You may also contact Allens Training Pty Ltd or NSW Fair Trading (13 32 20).
12. GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If any part is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version in place when you booked applies to your booking.
