1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
MedPro Training Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
• Your name, email, phone number and booking details when you enrol or enquire
• For nationally recognised courses: your date of birth, Unique Student Identifier (USI) and the enrolment details required under national VET reporting rules
• Any health or access information you choose to tell us so we can make adjustments
• Assessment results and certificates issued
• For workplace bookings: the names and contact details of participants supplied by your employer
• Basic website data such as pages visited, device type and cookies
We do not store card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
3. WHY WE COLLECT IT
• To process bookings and payments and send course information
• To assess you and issue certificates
• To meet legal and reporting obligations for nationally recognised training
• To send renewal reminders. You can opt out at any time
• To answer enquiries and improve our courses and website
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We never sell your information. We share it only with:
• Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909), which issues your statement of attainment and reports to government bodies such as NCVER and the USI Registrar as required by law
• Providers that run our booking, website, email and payment systems
• Your employer, where they booked and paid for your training (attendance and result only)
• Authorities where the law requires it
Some providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
5. SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Training records are kept for the period required of registered training organisations, then securely destroyed or de-identified.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
7. COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser.
8. COMPLAINTS
Contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. CHANGES
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
