OUR COMMITMENT
MedPro Training Solutions wants everyone to be able to use our website and take part in our courses, including people with disability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
OUR WEBSITE
We work to keep the site easy to use, with clear headings, plain language, readable contrast, descriptive links, keyboard navigation and a mobile-friendly layout. It is built on the Wix platform, which supports common screen readers and browser zoom. Some third-party content, such as our embedded booking system, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. If any part of the site does not work for you, tell us and we will help you another way.
OUR COURSES
• Tell us about any access, learning or physical needs when you book, or at any time before the course, and we will make reasonable adjustments
• Practical assessment for nationally recognised first aid units includes performing CPR on a manikin on the floor. This is a national requirement that we cannot waive, but talk to us first. We can often adjust how you are supported, or offer a statement of attendance instead
• Course materials can be provided in large print or digital formats
• Support people, carers and assistance animals are welcome at no extra cost
• Ask us about access and parking at our Peakhurst Heights venue, or we can train at a location that suits you
