1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of MedPro Training Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Course Bookings

A. Enrollment:

• Course bookings are subject to availability

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt

• You will receive a confirmation email with course details

B. Participant Eligibility:

• Participants must meet any stated course prerequisites

• Participants must be in good health to participate in practical training

• We reserve the right to request medical clearance if necessary

C. Age Requirements:

• Participants must be at least 14 years old (unless otherwise specified)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Cancellations by Student:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the course: Full refund

• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellations made within 3 days: No refund

B. Cancellations by MedPro Training:

• If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or alternative course date

• We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment

C. No-Show Policy:

• Students who do not attend without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend

4. Course Content & Certification

A. Course Delivery:

• Courses include online pre-work and face-to-face practical assessment

• Attendance at the practical component is mandatory for certification

• Completion of all course requirements is necessary to receive certification

B. Certification:

• Upon successful completion, you will receive a nationally recognised certificate

• Certificates are valid as per regulatory authority requirements

• Certification does not guarantee employment

C. Course Materials:

• Course materials are for personal use only

• Reproduction or sharing of materials without permission is prohibited

5. Liability & Disclaimer

A. Limitation of Liability:

• MedPro Training Solutions and its instructors are not liable for injuries or incidents occurring during or after training

• Participants assume all risks associated with course participation

B. Medical Disclaimer:

• Our training is educational and does not replace professional medical advice

• In medical emergencies, always contact emergency services (000)

C. No Warranty:

• We make no warranty that skills learned will prevent injury or death in real situations

• Real-world outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control

6. Conduct & Expectations

A. Student Conduct:

• Students must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect

• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated

• We reserve the right to remove students who violate these expectations

B. Photography & Recording:

• Recording of courses without permission is prohibited

• MedPro Training may photograph courses for promotional purposes; notify us if you object

7. Payment Terms

A. Payment Methods:

• We accept credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated

• Payment must be received before course attendance

B. Pricing:

• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Current prices will be displayed at time of booking

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and training methods are the intellectual property of MedPro Training Solutions or our partners. Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedPro Training Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedPro Training Solutions, its owners, instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
